          Ruchell Cinque Magee (born Ruchell Lewis; 17 March – October 17, ) was an American man who spent most of his life in prison.[2] He pled guilty to aggravated kidnapping in the August 7, Marin County Civic Center courthouse attacks in San Rafael, California.
